FAQs about Thor M60 System Backpack Multi-mission Defender

Which navigation systems does the decoy function cover, and what is its effect?

The system's Navigation Spoofing (Decoy) module covers GPS (L1), GLONASS (L1), Galileo (E1), and BDS (B1). It creates a deception zone of ≥3km, effectively taking over the drone's navigation to implement directional expulsion (forcing the drone to fly away) or forced landing.

How is the backpack drone defender system controlled?

It comes with a ruggedized 10.1-inch Handheld Touchscreen Terminal. The large display provides a visualized map interface for real-time tracking, showing the drone’s position, trajectory, and status, making operation intuitive and efficient.

What makes this backpack drone defender different from standard jammers?

Unlike standard devices that only detect and jam, this system features a 3-in-1 Integrated Design: it combines Detection, Jamming, and Deception (Spoofing). It can not only block control signals but also transmit false navigation signals to mislead invading drones.

Is the system suitable for mobile soldiers or security patrols?

Absolutely. It features a specialized Backpack Design that is lightweight and ergonomic. It is rated IP66 for harsh environments (rain/dust) and supports continuous detection for ≥3 hours via its external battery, making it ideal for mobile field operations.
